In fact not all Indonesian students were able to converse in English with foreigners. The cause is not accustomed and dare to use English in completing a task or in conversations among themselves compounded because dialect (accent) from Indonesia's diverse society is a major obstacle for those who speak English to be easily understood by his interlocutors that seem funny.
