Termination of GPRS Service through XL

Dear Mobile Unlimited customers,

We would like to inform you that effective June 01, 2008, PT Sistelindo is going to terminate the GPRS Internet Services due to complexity of the GPRS problem. We apologize that we still have a connection problem, our engineers are trying our best to make it recovered as soon as possible.

We will eliminate the billing invoice for April and May period. We shall return the payment to customers who has made payment for that particular period. For the refund process, our customer support will contact customers who has made payment for the particular period

Kami akan meniadakan biling invoice untuk periode April dan Mei. Bagi pelanggan yang sudah melakukan pembayaran periode tersebut akan kami kembalikan. Untuk proses pengembaliannya Customer Support kami akan menghubungi customer yang telah melakukan pembayaran untuk periode tersebut.
